Abstract
[spa] La Cooperación Triangular se presenta como una modalidad incipiente y prometedora para la nueva arquitectura del desarrollo. Esta investigación se propone como objetivo analizar dicha modalidad desde la perspectiva Iberoamericana, como una herramienta estratégica y eficaz para el desarrollo integral de los países de la región y su posicionamiento en el escenario internacional. A pesar de las dificultades que acarrea, por ser aún una forma de asociación en construcción, se plantea como una alternativa interesante que permite crear alianzas inclusivas entre múltiples actores, potenciando la Cooperación Sur-Sur y haciendo de vínculo con socios tradicionales sobre la base de una fórmula de relación horizontal, sin condicionalidades y favoreciendo el logro de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y sus metas.
[eng] Triangular Cooperation is an incipient and promising modality of the emerging architecture of development. This investigation proposes the analysis of this new modality from an Iberic-Latin American perspective, and as a strategic and effective tool for the development of the countries of the region, and their positioning on the international stage. Despite the challenges that this entails, as it is still a work in progress, it is considered an interesting alternative that allows for the creation of inclusive links and alliances between and among multiple actors, enhancing the South-South Cooperation, and re-enforcing connections with traditional partners on the basis of fair and equitable relationships, without pre-conditions, and favoring the achievement of sustainable development goals.
