Abstract

Based on this principle and the idea that writing is not a register instrument but a identity-building mechanism, this paper approaches to the Diarios by adopting a gender perspective, in order to connect the construction of the author's image with the historical and cultural context, and read the function of the intimate diaries' writing as the materialization of desire, which has the dissolution of the self as its ultimate goal.
