[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es localizar y analizar las distintas formas de representación de la violencia hacia la mujer que se encuentran en las obras teatrales de Federico García Lorca. Aunque estos contextos de violencia hacia la mujer tienen una mayor presencia en las tragedias del autor, el presente estudio se encarga de analizar cómo se ejerce y cómo se manifiesta dicha violencia en toda la producción teatral lorquiana. Para ello, el estudio indaga en la poética teatral de Lorca y en la construcción del universo femenino de su teatro, cuyos personajes se convierten en las víctimas principales de las situaciones de violencia mencionadas.

[eng] The objective of this study is to spot and analyse the different forms of representation of violence against women found in Federico García Lorca’s plays. Although these contexts of violence against women have a greater presence in the author’s tragedies, this study is in charge of analysing how such violence is practiced and how it manifests itself throughout the author’s theatrical production. To achieve this, the study investigates Lorca’s theatrical poetics and the construction of feminine universe of his theatre, whose characters become the main victims of the violence situations previously mentioned.
