Abstract
[cat] Aquesta investigació té com a objectiu principal comprendre les raons darrere de la insatisfacció o disconformitat de les educadores socials amb l’actual model de voluntariat i cooperació internacional. Per aconseguir-ho, s’ha utilitzat un enfocament qualitatiu, fent entrevistes a un grup d'educadores socials amb experiència en cooperació internacional. A més, s’ha comptat amb una entrevista a una experta en l’àmbit per contrastar i complementar la informació. Els resultats han revelat les diverses experiències dels professionals al camp de la cooperació i el voluntariat internacional. S’han identificat algunes de les mancances socioeducatives en els programes i projectes, destacant la necessitat de més coordinació, capacitació i enfocament participatiu. Així mateix, s'han obtingut propostes de millora, com l'enfortiment d'aliances i la promoció d'enfocaments inclusius i sostenibles. En conclusió, aquesta investigació pot contribuir al desenvolupament d'intervencions més efectives i sostenibles, generant un impacte positiu a les comunitats involucrades i promovent el desenvolupament sostenible.
[eng] This research aims to understand the reasons behind the dissatisfaction or discontent of social educators with the current model of volunteering and international cooperation. To achieve this, a qualitative approach was used, conducting interviews with a group of social educators experienced in international cooperation. Additionally, an interview with an expert in the field was conducted to contrast and complement the information. The results have revealed the diverse experiences of professionals in the field of international cooperation and volunteering. Socio-educational deficiencies in programs and projects have been identified, highlighting the need for more coordination, training, and participatory approaches. Furthermore, improvement proposals have been obtained, such as strengthening partnerships and promoting inclusive and sustainable approaches. In conclusion, this research can contribute to the development of more effective and sustainable interventions, generating a positive impact on the involved communities and promoting sustainable development.
