El siguiente articulo de reflexión pretende argumentar los aspectos de mi pensamiento sobre la Bioética, que se sustentan en una concepción flexible de la misma y que se apoya en el marco que proporcionan los derechos humanos reconocidos. Toda esta propuesta la sustento en lo establecido en el Articulo 23 de la Declaración Universal sobre Bioética y Derechos Humanos de la UNESCO, que poner de manifiesto la necesidad de fomentar la educación, la formación y la formación en Bioética.
The following article attempts to argue reflective aspects of my thinking on Bioethics, which are based on a flex-ible conception of it and that is based on the framework provided by recognized human rights. All this proposal I sup-ported as set in Article 23 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights of UNESCO, which highlight the need to promote education, training and training in bioethics.
