dc.description.abstractRecoge datos procedentes de más de un siglo de investigaciones francesas, españolas y marroquís sobre el tema de la producción y comercialización de salazones en la Tingitana. Pero las conclusiones que ofrece carecen de enfoque histórico y no solventan ninguno de los problemas de la investigación ha planteado sobre la economía del Estrecho de Gibraltar en la antigüedad. Es una buena base para reflexiones futuras.
