[cat] Aquest Recurs Educatiu Obert (REA) forma part del projecte europeu GEDIS – Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education, cofinançat per la Unió Europea. El material aborda les paradoxes de la competència mediàtica i informacional (MIL), que revelen tensions entre la normativitat, la responsabilitat, el temps, la confiança i la neutralitat. Cada paradoxa convida a reflexionar críticament sobre la relació entre informació, tecnologia i democràcia en el context educatiu actual.
El recurs es basa en l’obra de Haider i Sundin (2022) i ofereix un resum visual de qüestions essencials: com aprenem a confiar i a dubtar, a assumir responsabilitats i a entendre la competència informacional com un procés social i cultural. Està destinat al personal bibliotecari, al professorat i a l’estudiantat interessats en una visió crítica i amb perspectiva de gènere de la competència mediàtica i informacional.
Aquest material va ser elaborat durant la Summer School Barcelona del projecte GEDIS, amb l’objectiu de promoure l’aprenentatge obert i la reflexió sobre el paper de la competència informacional en la societat digital. #GEDIS #SummerSchoolBarcelona
[eng] This Open Educational Resource (OER) is part of the European GEDIS Project – Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education, co-funded by the European Union. The material addresses the paradoxes of Media and Information Literacy (MIL), which reveal tensions between normativity, responsibility, temporality, trust, and neutrality. Each paradox invites critical reflection on the relationship between information, technology, and democracy in today’s educational context. [eng] The resource is based on the work of Haider and Sundin (2022) and provides a visual summary of key issues: how we learn to trust and to doubt, to take responsibility, and to understand information literacy as a social and cultural process. It is intended for librarians, educators, and students interested in a critical and gender-aware perspective on media and information literacy.
