[cat] L'inici de l'època hel·lenística al centre i nord d'Itàlia coincideix amb un canvi en les estructures funeràries etrusques, ja que, a les ciutats de Chiusi, Volterra i Perugia, s'introdueixen les urnes cineràries en pedra i terracota, amb un relleu decoratiu basat, en gran part dels exemples, en el teatre tràgic grec. El combat dels herois tebans, recollit a les Fenícies d'Eurípides, és un dels motius predilectes en especial a la ciutat de Chiusi. Aquest treball vol analitzar les possibles causes, internes i externes, que van propiciar l'acceptació d'uns models exòtics en la manifestació de la identitat funerària etrusca.
[eng] The beginning of the Hellenistic period in centre-north Italy coincides with a change in the Etruscan funerary structures. New cinerary urns in stone or terracotta appear in the cities of Chiusi, Volterra and Perugia, with frontal reliefs based on Greek tragic theatre. The fight between the Theban heroes, based on Euripide’s work, The Phoenician women, is one of the most used, specially at the city of Chiusi. This paper tries to review the potential internal and external causes that made the Etruscans accept some exotic models in order to represent his funerary identity.
