[cat] En el present treball final de màster faig una nova edició del Llibre del Mostassà de la vila de Puigcerdà, concretament, del manuscrit que data de 1485. Amb aquesta contribució, vull superar en termes paleogràfics, ecdòtics i lingüístics l’edició que proposava Salvador Galceran Vigué als anys setanta, la qual presenta diversos errors en aquest sentit. Així mateix, n’elaboro un estudi lingüístic per documentar exhaustivament aquelles paraules que, per diverses raons, són interessants des d’un punt de vista filològic. D’altra banda, també aprofundeixo en l’estudi de la mostassaferia, una institució d’origen medieval especialment important a la Corona d’Aragó, així com de la figura més representativa, el càrrec del mostassà, mitjançant la consulta de les fonts bibliogràfiques de referència en aquest àmbit i de l’edició d’altres llibres de mostassaferia conservats.
[eng] In this final Master’s thesis I make a new edition of the Llibre del Mostassà of Puigcerdà, especially, the manuscript from 1485. With this contribution I want to surpass, in palaeographic, ecdotic and linguistic terms, the edition which Salvador Galceran Vigué proposed in the seventies, which presents many mistakes in this sense. Furthermore, I develop a linguistic study in order to thoroughly document those words which, for many reasons, are interesting from a linguistic viewpoint. On the other hand, I also undertake a deeper study in regard to the mostassaferia, a very important medieval institution in the Crown of Aragon, along with its more representative figure, the charge of mostassà, through the inquiry of the reference bibliographical sources in this field and other preserved books of mostassaferia.
