Abstract

Esta infografía forma parte del proyecto europeo GEDIS – Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education y está dirigida al profesorado universitario. Presenta de forma sintética las fases del comportamiento informacional aplicado a la práctica docente: identificar una necesidad de información, buscarla, evaluarla, usarla y compartirla. También se detallan factores clave que influyen en este proceso, como el tiempo, las competencias digitales, el contexto docente y la motivación. Incluye una nota didáctica simplificada con objetivos de aprendizaje, preguntas de reflexión y sugerencias de uso educativo. Esta herramienta puede adaptarse a diferentes asignaturas y contextos formativos, y traducirse a otros idiomas. #GEDIS

This infographic is part of the European project GEDIS – Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education and is aimed at university teaching staff. It presents, in a concise way, the phases of information behaviour as applied to teaching practice: identifying an information need, searching for it, evaluating it, using it, and sharing it. It also details key factors that influence this process, such as time, digital skills, teaching context, and motivation. The resource includes a simplified teaching note with learning objectives, reflection questions, and suggestions for educational use. This tool can be adapted to different subjects and learning contexts and translated into other languages. #GEDIS
