(cast) Este trabajo es un análisis de una parte de la información financiera que ofrecen las empre-sas, el informe de gestión. A través de una valoración sencilla, con rango de puntuaciones, se han podido sacar conclusiones a cerca de la transparencia y el compromiso que tienen estas empresas con los usuarios y futuros inversores. Todas las conclusiones están escritas desde el punto de vista de un alumno con conocimiento sobre economía, y las puntuaciones son subjetivas a criterio del alumno.
Todo este análisis viene respaldado por la guía de la CNMV, la cual estipula ciertas pautas a seguir para el correcto desarrollo y elaboración de los informes de gestión.
La información utilizada para la investigación proviene de cuatro entidades, de las cuales dos de ellas pertenecen al IBEX-35, pero todas ellas cotizan en la Bolsa de valores de Madrid.
(eng) This practice work is an analysis of a part of the financial information offered by the companies, the management report. Through a simple assessment, with a range of scores, it has been possible to draw a conclu-sion about the transparency and commitment that these companies have to the users and future investors. All conclusion is writing of the point of view the student with knowledge of economy and the score is a subjective valuation with the criterion of the student. All this analysis is supported by the Nacional Securities Market Commission’s guide, which stipulates certain guidelines to be followed for the correct development of these management reports. The information used for the research comes from four of entities, and two of these belong in the IBEX-35, but all quote in the Stock Market of Madrid.
