Abstract
[cat] Vestigis de Vida parla de la memòria i la inestabilitat embolcallades per la imatge del pas del temps i l’empremta humana. Les escenes ens mostren una violència continguda i una devastació que ens fa reflexionar sobre la fragilitat humana. Tots estem sotmesos al pas del temps, a l’envelliment i, per últim, a la mort. Després d’això només queda el record. Els espais abandonats resten com a senyals d’aquesta resistència a la desaparició, una solidesa física que recull totes les històries possibles.
[eng] Vestiges of Life is about memory and instability both wrapped in the passage of time and the stamped with the indelible mark of humanity. The scenes show a repressed violence and a devastation that make us reflect on human fragility. We are all subject to time, ageing and finally, death. Afterwards, all that remains is memory. Abandoned places are signs of this resistance to disappearing, a physical solidity that gathers all possible stories.
