[spa] Adoptando una perspectiva sociolingüística, la presente investigación doctoral tiene como objetivo general estudiar la evolución de las representaciones asociadas a la lengua portuguesa por parte de aprendientes adultos plurilingües, en la ciudad de Barcelona, a partir del enfoque etnográfico. La propuesta se divide en tres fases – en la primera utilizaremos herramientas metodológicas variadas para analizar la forma en que, a lo largo del proceso de aprendizaje, se generan y recogen las mencionadas representaciones; la segunda consiste en el análisis de las muestras identificadas en la fase anterior, señalando cuáles son los indicadores que determinarán la evolución de las representaciones observadas; la tercera y última consiste en la comparación del impacto de estas imágenes en las diferentes etapas del proceso de aprendizaje del idioma. Nuestra propuesta busca no solo identificar lo que piensan estos aprendientes, sino principalmente comprender cómo estas representaciones pueden interferir en el proceso de aprendizaje de la lengua portuguesa, a fin de reflexionar sobre una adaptación metodológica en la práctica docente.
[eng] Adopting a sociolinguistic perspective, the general objective of this doctoral research project is to study the evolution of the representations associated with the Portuguese language by plurilingual adult learners, in the city of Barcelona, through the ethnographic approach. The proposal is divided into three phases – the first one analyses how these representations produced by learners are generated and collected at different stages of the learning process, using various methodological tools; the second consists of analysing the samples identified in the previous phase, showing the indicators that determine the evolution of observed representations; and the third and last one consists of comparing the impact of these representations on the different stages of language learning. Our proposal seeks not only to identify what students think but mainly to understand how these representations may interfere with the learning process, to reflect on a methodological adaptation in teaching practice.
