The teaching innovation project entitled Clinical simulation to improve the detection and care of victims of gender-based violence in the Psychosocial Sciences Applied to Health course of the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with code 2024RSU-UB/007, has been developed and supervised by professor Sara Sanchez Balcells from July 2024 to June 2026.
This project is part of the University of Barcelona’s teaching improvement and innovation programmes, with a view to encouraging the inclusion of active and experiential methodologies in the field of health sciences education. Specifically, the teaching staff involved in the Psychosocial Sciences Applied to Health course of the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing have played an active role and external resources have helped develop the clinical simulation sessions.
