Abstract
(Prats i Sansor, La Cerdanya).

The methodology used in this work includes a zooarchaeological and taphonomical analysis of the bone remains, as well as the elaboration of an experimental research to obtain breakage patterns on bones caused by anthropic actions. The comparison of archaeological and experimental results, indicates the presence of strategies that aimed at optimising the use of the meat and bone resources in animals.
