Josep Maria Capdevila, pensament polític i social

Abstract

[cat] Hem resseguit la trajectòria vital i intel·lectual de Josep Maria Capdevila per tal d’arribar a la gènesi del seu pensament polític i social. La importància de l’opuscle, ‘Principis de Teoria Política’ (1927), rau en el fet de convertir-se en el fonament teòric dels editorials, a partir dels quals Capdevila desplegaria, poc després, l’anàlisi de la realitat política i social del seu temps en el rotatiu «El Matí». En relació a això, hem presentat la tasca de classificació i estudi del fons editorial, plantejant els criteris metodològics per a l’estudi dels nuclis articulars. Així doncs, s’han cercat les constants que, en certa manera, categoritzen el seu pensament que es desplega bàsicament entre els anys 1929 i 1934. És per això que, a partir d’aquí, podem referir la persona de Capdevila com a exponent del pensament humanista cristià a la Catalunya del primer terç del segle XX.

[eng] The vital and intellectual trajectory of Josep Maria Capdevila has been followed in order to reach the genesis of his political and social thinking. The importance of the brief treatise, ‘Principles of Political Theory’ (1927), lies in the fact of becoming the theoretical basis of the editorials from which Capdevila would spread, shortly afterwards, to the analysis of the political and social reality of his time in the Catalan newspaper «El Matí». The task of classification and study of his editorial background and the methodological criteria for the classification and study of the newspaper cores have been presented. These are the constants that, in a certain way, categorize his thinking through his journalistic period, between years 1929 and 1934. Hence, the person of of Capdevila can be related as an exponent of the humanist thought in the Catalonia of the first third of the 20th century.
