[cat] El present Treball Final de Grau es centra en investigar com es treballa la competència de la regulació emocional amb els infants i les adolescents que han patit maltractament i es troben en centres de protecció. Per tal de donar resposta a aquesta qüestió, es parteix des de la mirada del i la professional i es desenvolupa una metodologia qualitativa. Per poder recollir informació, s’ha optat per la tècnica de l’entrevista semiestructurada que s’ha aplicat a nou educadors i educadores socials que treballen o han treballat en centres de protecció i que, per tant, tenen coneixença i experiència sobre com es treballa aquesta competència. A partir de l’anàlisi dels diferents resultats obtinguts, s’han pogut extreure diverses conclusions al voltant del treball en si que es desenvolupa, de l’anàlisi d’aquest treball efectuat i del paper que exerceix l’educadora i l’educador social en tot aquest entramat.
[eng] This Final Degree Project focuses on investigating how the competence of emotional regulation is worked on with children and adolescents who have suffered maltreatment and are in protection centres. In order to answer this question, we start from the professional's point of view and use a qualitative methodology. To collect information, the semi-structured interview technique was used, which was applied to nine social educators who work or have worked in protection centres and who, therefore, have knowledge and experience of how this competence is worked on. From the analysis of the different results obtained, it has been possible to draw various conclusions about the work that is carried out, the analysis of the work done and the role of the social educator in the whole process.
