[cat] El treball és un estat de la qüestió, a la historiografia, del fenomen de compra d’empreses en crisis per treballadors, amb la fórmula de Societats Laborals. Aquestes es constituïren en la Transició cap la democràcia a Espanya (1978-1988), coincidint amb la fundació dels sindicats democràtics, la pràctica de la lluita dels treballadors a les empreses per la democràcia. Amb la aliança política del Partit Socialista Unificat de Catalunya (PSUC), el Partit dels Socialistes de Catalunya (PSC-PSOE), i els sindicats Comissions Obreres (CCOO) i Unió General de Treballadors (UGT), es va impulsar el fenomen de les Societats Laborals.
[eng] This work is a state of the art, at the historiography, of the phenomenon of buying companies in crisis for workers, with the formula of Labour Societies. These were constituted in the Transition towards the democracy in Spain (1978-1988), coinciding with the foundation of the democratic syndicates, the practice of the fight of the workers in the companies for democracy. With the political pact of the Partit Socialista Unificat de Catalunya (PSUC), the Partit dels Socialistes de Catalunya (PSC-PSOE), and the syndicates Comissions Obreres (CCOO) and Unió General de Treballadors (UGT), it was pushed the phenomenon of Labour Societies.
