[cat] En el present treball s’analitza un conjunt de restes de mamífers recuperades durant l’excavació de la Casa Corrales, a l’Espai El Born, Centre de Cultura i Memòria. El material a analitzar va arribar separat dins de dues caixes i alhora, dividit en diverses bosses depenent de la unitat estratigràfica a la qual corresponien. Les restes estudiades han estat un total de 425, cadascuna d’elles analitzades mitjançant una fitxa dissenyada per a l’estudi de les restes òssies per part del Grup d’Arqueozoologia i Tafonomia del SERP (Seminari d’Estudis i Recerques Prehistòriques). A partir de l’anàlisi i l’estudi de cadascun dels ossos s’ha pogut arribar a establir el tipus d’espècie, l’edat de la mort de l’animal, quina era l’alimentació de la gent i fins i tot, la diversitat alimentària segons les seves característiques socials, entre finals del segle XVI i mitjan segle XVII.
[eng] In this assignment, some archaeological remains of mammal recovered during the archaeological excavation of La Casa Corrales in L’Espai El Born, Centre de Cultura I Memòria, are analysed. The analysed material came separated in two boxes, and at the same time, divided into several bags depending on the stratigraphic unit they belong to. The archaeological remains studied were 425 in total, each of them analysed through a designed file for the study of the osseous remains by the Grup s’Arqueozoologia i Tafonomia del SERP (Seminari d’Estudis i Recerques Prehistòriques). Based on the analysis and study of each bone, it has been possible to establish the type of species, the age of death of the animal, what was the diet of people and even the nutritional variety according to their social features, between the end of 15th century and middle 17th century.
