Therapeutic adherence can be measured by a clinical interview with the patient or caregiver using validated questionnaires. “15-STARS” (15-items Screening Tool for Adherence to medicineS) is a questionnaire to detect modifiable determinants of medication non-adherence. It was developed within the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) Working group on Medication Adherence.
