Abstract
[cat] El present treball de final de grau consisteix a una recerca envers el fenomen de l’addicció al joc i la vinculació amb el sentiment de soledat en població adulta, amb l’objectiu de conèixer si s’ha d’apostar per intervencions socioeducatives generadores de xarxa de relacions i suport per a persones en procés de recuperació pel joc patològic. El procés metodològic s’ha dut a terme de manera qualitativa, a través d’entrevistes semiobertes o semiestructurades dirigides a professionals que acompanyen processos de recuperació pel joc patològic en el context de Catalunya. D’aquesta manera, han participat cinc professionals seleccionades de manera intencional. Els resultats posen de manifest l’existència de soledat en el procés de recuperació pel joc patològic, així com altres sentiments i emocions que formen part del mateix procés, algunes diferències de gènere en el fenomen estudiat, la necessitat generalitzada de comptar amb el suport de xarxa en el procés, a més de detectar un canvi de perfil de persones jugadores en espais presencials i virtuals. Finalment, es conclou amb la necessitat d’apostar per intervencions socioeducatives generadores de xarxa de relacions i suport per a persones en procés de recuperació pel joc patològic, reivindicant la figura de l’educació social en l’àmbit de les socioaddiccions.
[eng] This final project consists of an investigation about gambling addiction and its connection with the feeling of loneliness in the adult population, with the aim of finding out if it is necessary to promote socio-educational interventions that generate a network of relationships and support for people in the process of recuperation from pathological gambling. The methodological process was carried out qualitatively, through semi-open or semi-structured interviews with professionals who accompany processes of recuperation from pathological gambling in the context of Catalonia. In this way, five intentionally selected professionals participated. The results reveal the existence of loneliness in the process of recovery from pathological gambling, as well as other feelings and emotions that are part of the same process, some gender differences in the phenomenon studied, the generalised need to have the support of the network in the process, as well as detecting a change in the profile of gamblers in face-to-face and virtual spaces. Finally, it concludes with the need to support socio-educational interventions that generate a network of relationships and support for people in the process of recovery from pathological damage, reclaiming the figure of social education in the area of social addictions.
