[spa] El objeto del presente artículo es poner de relieve y analizar los diversos problemas que se han suscitado en los tribunales sobre el recibo de salarios. Extraemos de dichas cuestiones dos conclusiones significativas a priori: la importancia del recibo de salarios como documento de prueba y la quiebra del recibo de salarios en su soporte físico tradicional (papel).
[eng] The object of the present article is emphasize and analyse the diverse problems that have been provoked in the courts on the payroll. We extract from the above mentioned questions two significant conclusions to priori: the importance of the payroll like document of proof and the bankruptcy of the payroll in his physical traditional support (paper(role)).
