Abstract
[spa] El propósito de este documento es ayudar a los formadores y a los gestores
de la formación a revisar las decisiones básicas relativas a la planificación
de la formación, así como las correspondientes a la evaluación
de la formación, de acuerdo con los objetivos de la institución, sus
condiciones y recursos. El texto está organizado en cuatro apartados.
El primer apartado plantea la importancia de la formación pedagógica
del profesorado y algunas ideas clave para establecer una política institucional
en la materia. En el segundo apartado se revisan cinco decisiones
básicas que hay que tomar en la planificación de la formación, que
se explican en igual número de preguntas. La tercera sección presenta
los principios generales y los diferentes componentes de la evaluación:
a quién va dirigida, qué funciones tiene, qué niveles es preciso considerar.
Finalmente, el cuarto apartado revisa las fuentes de información y
los instrumentos útiles en función del objetivo de la evaluación.
[eng] The purpose of this book is to help trainers and training managers to review the planning decisions and those related to the evaluation of training, according to the objectives of the institution, its conditions and resources. The text is organized into four sections. The first section discusses the importance of faculty professional development as well as some key ideas to establish an institutional policy on the matter. In the second part, five basic planning decisions are explained. The third section presents the general principles and the different components of evaluation: to whom it is addressed; what is its function; what levels should be considered. Finally, the fourth section reviews sources of information and useful tools depending on the purpose of evaluation.
