[es] Este artículo analiza la producción de Rafaela Sánchez Aroca (Córdoba, 1869 – Barcelona, 1939), en campo de la pintura, el periodismo cultural y la docencia de las artes plásticas. Se trata de una figura prácticamente desconocida pese a su prolífica trayectoria, cuyo conocimiento contribuirá a la comprensión de las aportaciones hechas por mujeres en el campo de la producción y divulgación del arte, en la España del primer tercio de siglo XX. [en] This article focuses on the career of Rafaela Sánchez Aroca (Córdoba, 1869 - Barcelona, 1939), as plastic creator, art professor and cultural disseminator. Despite her prolific trajectory, she remains poorly known. In sum, this essay aims to discuss the contributions made by women in the production and dissemination of the plastic arts, in early twentieth-century Spain.
