El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la regulación de las relaciones interadministrativas prevista en la nueva Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. En este sentido, se estudia, en primer lugar, la definición de los diferentes principios generales de relación entre las diferentes Administraciones Públicas prevista por la Ley; para pasar, seguidamente, a examinar con más detalle las principales novedades introducidas por la LRJSP en relación con las diferentes técnicas, tanto orgánicas como funcionales, para llevar a cabo cada uno de dichos principios.
This paper aims to analyse the regulation of inter-administrative relations under the new Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Public Sector. In this regard, it studies first the definition of the various general principles of inter-administrative relations prescribed by the Law; to subsequently review in more detail the major innovations introduced by Law 40/2015 in relation to different techniques, both organic and functional, to carry out each of the principles.
