Abstract
El siguiente trabajo pretende recoger algunos de los principales ejemplos de la representación femenina en el marco cronológico de sociedades cazadoras-recolectoras del Paleolítico de la Península Ibérica, así como las principales interpretaciones que podemos encontrar en la bibliografía, para poder reflexionar sobre la importancia de analizar estas imágenes bajo nuevos preceptos desde una arqueología preocupada en hacer visible a la mujer y en las posibilidades teóricas que nos podrían ofrecer este tipo de revisiones.
The following paper is to summarize some of the main examples of female representation in the time frame of hunter-gatherer societies of the Paleolithic of the Iberian Peninsula and the main interpretations that can be found in the literature, to reflect on the importance of analyzing these images under new provisions from an archeology concerned in making women visible and theoretical possibilities that we could offer such reviews.
