Abstract

[eng] During the past few years, the debate about the predominance between scavenging and hunting, regarding the origins of the human being, has raised into diverse opinions. The objective of this work is to bring a variety of bibliographical sources related to different sites corresponding to the origins of humanity and conduct their respective emptying, while using various diversity indices, calculation of MAU, and relative abundance in order to see if the numerical data shows the dominance of scavenging or hunting and, finally, draw some personal hypotheses.
