BIBE (Barcelona International Business Experience). Pla de negoci: Una proposta alternativa i innovadora als estudis d’ADE tradicionals oferta als joves d’arreu

|cat] El treball que es presenta és un pla d’empresa d’un centre universitari internacional anomenat BIBE (Barcelona International Business Experience). Després de viure en primera persona la experiència universitària, vaig trobar que havien unes mancances que eren elementals si es vol preparar als joves per al mon real. L’excés de formació reglada, la falta de situacions reals i aplicacions pràctiques de la teoria són un dels defectes que actuen com a barrera per assolir aquell objectiu. Per aquest motiu he dissenyat el grau de CADE (Creació, Administració i Direcció d’Empreses) en anglès per a joves d’arreu, aprofitant l’atracció que exerceix Barcelona, on els alumnes aprenen fent amb un sistema innovador on se’ls hi ensenya teoria i pràctica per professionals minuciosament seleccionats, i que a més, els propis estudiants participen com si fossin treballadors en el funcionament de l’empresa i accionistes de la mateixa, garantint una experiència laboral i empresarial des del primer curs.

[eng] The project introduced is the business plan of an international university centre named BIBE (Barcelona International Business Experience). After living personally the university experience, I found some lacks that should be covered if we want our young generations to succeed in the real world. The excess of theorical subjects and the absence of real situations and practical applications have become barriers to accomplish this objective. That is the reason why I designed the Bachelor of BME (Business Management and entrepreneurship), addressed to international students, taking advantage of the image and attraction of Barcelona around. The students learn by doing through a combined system where top professionals thoroughly hired teach the concepts, and furthermore, the students themselves participate in the activity of the firm working and becoming shareholders, guaranteeing a working experience since the first day.
