[spa]El presente trabajo aborda la problemática de los paraísos fiscales desde su perspectiva tributaria. Se realiza una explicación del concepto, así como de sus características principales. Particularmente, se hace especial hincapié en las medidas antielusión nacionales e internacionales tomadas en el seno de la OCDE y la Unión Europea a lo largo de los últimos años. Se abordan los referidos aspectos desde una perspectiva principalmente jurídica a la vez que se pone de manifiesto el impacto económico que todo ello suscita.
[eng]The following study adresses the problem of tax heavens from its tax perspective. At the beginning, an explanation of the concept it’s made as well as its main characteristics. In particular, special emphasis is placed on national and international anti - avoidance measures taken within the OECD and the European Union over the last few years. All the referred aspects are approached from a mainly legal perspective while at the same time revealing the economic impact that all this provokes.
