Diagnosi de la participació de les persones joves al barri del Carmel

Abstract

[cat] Aquesta recerca es tracta d’una diagnosi de l’estat de la participació de les persones joves al barri del Carmel. Aquest estudi parteix d’entendre la joventut com una etapa de construcció personal i desenvolupament social, on es desperten un seguit de neguits, que tenen a veure amb la vida col·lectiva. És així com aquesta diagnosi té com a objectiu proposar elements clau i oportunitats que fonamentin l'acció de la xarxa socioeducativa del Carmel, a l’hora de promoure la participació, l'associacionisme i la ciutadania activa de les persones joves al territori. Aquesta recerca segueix com a mètode l’elaboració d’una diagnosi, a través d’una metodologia qualitativa, a partir de la realització de 9 entrevistes semiestructurades a agents de la xarxa socioeducativa del barri, siguin professionals o membres de l’associacionisme eductiu i juvenil de forma voluntària, i 5 observacions a actes del barri dedicats a abordar aquesta qüestió. La diagnosi conclou amb la identificació d’aquelles característiques del barri que influeixen de manera directa amb les dinàmiques de participació en el territori, i amb la proposició de 7 línies estratègiques de futur per fomentar la participació i l’associacionisme juvenil al barri, a partir dels reptes i oportunitats identificats al llarg del procés de la recerca.

[eng] This research is a diagnosis of the state of participation of young people in the Carmel neighborhood. This study starts from understanding youth as a stage of personal construction and social development, where a series of concerns are awakened, which have to do with collective life. This diagnosis aims to propose key elements and opportunities that underpin the action of the Carmel socio-educational network, when promoting participation, associationism and active citizenship of young people in the territory. This research follows as a method the elaboration of a diagnosis, through a qualitative methodology, from the realization of 9 semi-structured interviews with agents of the socio-educational network of the neighborhood, whether professionals or members of the educational and youth associations voluntarily, and 5 observations to events of the neighborhood dedicated to addressing this issue. The diagnosis concludes with the identification of those characteristics of the neighborhood that directly influence the dynamics of participation in the territory, and with the proposal of 7 strategic lines of the future to promote participation and youth associations in the neighborhood, based on the challenges and opportunities identified throughout the research process.
