Abstract
[cat] L’art sempre ha estat un mitjà necessari per a la vida i el desenvolupament social però també ha estat -potser de forma implícita- un mitjà per recordar-nos o mostrar-nos successos, persones o fets rellevants que ens han precedit i que moltes vegades passem per alt. L’obra present pretén ser un mitjà que convidi a la reflexió sobre la influència del món en el que vivim, de la gent que ens envolta i del que comporta el terme “globalització” entre molts d’altres d’una rellevància menor. És a partir de la realització d’aquests tres bustos -un conjunt familiar de tres personatges- que es materialitza una inquietud, una necessitat de conèixer, entendre i transmetre les nostres arrels.
Tot plegat, conforma la nostra cultura però sovint no som capaços d’atendre ni reflexionar si allò que assumim com a nostre és profundament geneològic o si deriva dels mitjans emprats en un món plenament globalitzat. Probablement, aquests dos aspectes es combinen en els nostres dies. Els diferents personatges, corresponen a vides, entorns, coneixements i influències totalment diferents però tots ells s’hi relacionen per mitjà de la socialització generacional a través d’uns arrels i d’una identitat cultural “pròpia”. Paraules clau: genealogia, globalització, ideal, identitat, tradició, escultura.
[eng] Art has always been a means necessary for the life and social development but also has been-perhaps implicitly-a means to remind us or show us events, people or relevant events that have preceded and often overlook. The present work aims to be a medium that invites reflection on the influence of the world in which we live, the people around us and what brings the term “globalization” among many others of lesser importance. It is based on the realization of these three busts-a family set of three characters-that materializes a restlessness, a need to know, understand and transmit our roots. All this is in our culture, but often we are not able to attend or to reflect if what we assume as ours is deeply geneològic or drift of the means employed in a fully globalized. Probably, these two aspects are combined in our days. The various characters, corresponding to lives, environments, knowledge and entirely different influences, but all of them related to the generational socialization through a roots and cultural identity “own”.
