[cast] El siguiente Trabajo de Fin de Grado plantea el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Riesgos
(SGR) con el fin de lograr su posterior implementación en una empresa del sector de la
automoción, a la que se apoda como Karpanta. Para ello, se ha empezado con la definición de
una Matriz RACI en la que se han definido todas las actividades necesarias para llevar a cabo
la implantación pasando por todas las distintas fases que cualquier SGR de una empresa debe
considerar. A continuación, se han planificado y asignado cada una de las distintas actividades
a los roles y responsabilidades encargados de desarrollarlas, finalizando con un cálculo de las
horas aproximadas que se necesitarán de ellos. El trabajo termina con el análisis de los riesgos
del proyecto por los que la implementación del diseño, formulado y prevista para 2021 en
Karpanta, podría v er d isminuida s u eficacia.
[eng] The following Final Dissertation proposes the design of a Risk Management System (RMS) in order to achieve its subsequent implementation in a company of the automotive sector, which has been nicknamed Karpanta. To this end, we have started with the definition of a RACI Matrix in which all the activities necessary to carry out the implementation have been defined, going through all the different phases that any company's RMS must consider. Afterwards, each of the different activities has been planned and assigned to the roles and responsibilities in charge of developing them, ending with a calculation of the approximate hours they will be needed to achieve the implementation of the project. The dissertation ends with an analysis of the project risks that the implementation of the design, formulated and planned for 2021 in Karpanta, could diminish its effectiveness.
