Abstract
Este artículo analiza el problema del aborto desde una perspectiva bioética y de política legislativa. Se preconiza la necesidad de instaurar una regulación clara que conjugue el establecimiento de un plazo amplio de libre decisión de la mujer con la protección del feto cuando es viable, de forma que en el último trimestre se siga una política de despenalización ante determinadas circunstancias o indicaciones. El trabajo estudia la regulación española y su evolución como ejemplo y contraste con las tesis que se sostienen.
This article deals on abortion from the perspective of bioethics and legislative policy. It emphasizes the need to establish clear rules to set a broad margin for women to decide as well as to protect the fetus when is viable, so that on last quarter a decriminalization policy can be applied under specific circumstances or indications. The article analyzes Spanish regulation and its evolution as an example and opposition to the thesis put forward.
