[spa]La participación ciudadana en el urbanismo está aumentando con respecto a décadas anteriores. Su materialización, es una tarea minuciosa que requiere bastante responsabilidad, concretamente en el momento de trasladar la voluntad ciudadana al instrumento de planeamiento. Su realización de forma real y efectiva es una oportunidad de crear ciudad para todos y obtener como resultado un documento final de consenso entre la parte política, la técnica y la social. En su materialización cabe destacar las actuaciones de los movimientos sociales cuya intención es velar por el cumplimiento de los propósitos de los ciudadanos.
Para lograr el objetivo de la participación ciudadana se deberá poner énfasis en su enfoque, planteamiento y difusión evitando la brecha digital y llegar a todos los sectores de la población.
Este Trabajo Final de Máster tiene como finalidad dar visibilidad a las actuaciones de los movimientos sociales y a la participación ciudadana en la redacción del Plan Especial del Cabanyal-Canyamelar.
[eng] Civic participation in urban planning has been increasing in the last decades. It’s a thorough task that requires many responsibility, in particular when trying to transfer the citizens’ wills to a planning tool. Carrying out this in an effective and real way creates an opportunity to develop a city for everyone and obtain a final consensus document that encompasses political, technical and social issues. In its implementation we remark the paper of the social movements which aims to ensure the accomplishment of the citizens' purposes. To achieve the citizens’ participation will we must focus on their point of view, personal approach, and diffusion, avoiding the digital gap and reaching all population sectors. The aim of this work is to give visibility to the interventions of the social movements and the civic participation in the development of the "Plan Especial del Cabanyal-Canyamelar”.
