[cat] Aquest treball pretén ser una primera aproximació a l’anàlisi de la simbologia de la poètica de Joan Vinyoli en la primera etapa d’escriptura (1937-1963), que abasta els cinc primers poemaris de l’autor: Primer desenllaç (1937), De vida i somni (1948), Les hores retrobades (1951), El Callat (1956) i Realitats (1963). La lectura i l’anàlisi dels poemaris s’ha dut a terme des de l’enfocament de la poètica postsimbolista, definida i caracteritzada sistemàticament en la tesi doctoral «Josep Carner i el postsimbolisme» de Jordi Marrugat. Els símbols escollits per l’anàlisi giren entorn de l’aigua —aquest són, el riu, la font, el gorg, la deu i el mar— i de la terra —aquests són, l’arbre i la campana.
[eng] This project aim to be an approach to Joan Vinyoli’s symbolism in the first stage of his writing (1937-1963), which includes the author’s first five books of poems: Primer desenllaç (1937), De vida i somni (1948), Les hores retrobades (1951), El Callat (1956) i Realitats (1963). The interpretation and analysis of the poems has been carried out from the perspective of post-symbolist poetics, definied and characterized in the doctoral thesis «Josep Carner i el postsimbolisme» by Jordi Marrugat. The chosen symbols revolved around the water —that is, the river, the fountain, the gorge, the spring and the sea— and the land —that is, the tree and the bell.
