[spa] Esta investigación ofrece un breve diagnóstico de la movilidad en la Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad
de México, sustentado en la información recopilada de diversas dependencias gubernamentales, así
como de información de estudios académicos y documentos de planeación previos. Y a partir de éste,
desarrolla un análisis de las condiciones de movilidad vehicular en tres autopistas urbanas, dos al
poniente y una al oriente, con el fin de conocer el impacto del confinamiento por la pandemia del virus
SARS-COV2 en 2020 e identificar si ambos polos de la macrourbe tuvieron un comportamiento
diferenciado durante este periodo y su evolución en los meses posteriores al confinamiento. A partir
de dicho análisis se ofrece una crítica a las condiciones de segregación social y económica en el polo
oriente de la zona periurbana, así como al papel que juegan las autopistas urbanas en ambas zonas,
contrastando las condiciones socioeconómicas de cada polo y correlacionándolas con el
comportamiento de las autopistas analizadas.
[eng] This paper offers a brief diagnosis of mobility in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area based on information compiled from various governmental agencies, as well as information from academic studies and previous planning documents. The document aims to present an analysis of the vehicular mobility conditions in three urban highways, two to the west, and one to the east. It aims to understand the impact of the confinement due to the SARS-COV2 virus pandemic in 2020, and to identify if both poles of the macro-city had a differentiated behavior during this period, and to exhibit its evolution in the months after the confinement. From this analysis, a critique of the conditions of social and economic segregation in the eastern pole of the peri-urban zone is offered. Additionally, the role played by the urban highways in both zones is analyzed, contrasting the socioeconomic conditions of each pole, and correlating them with the behavior of these highways.
