Com fomentar els hàbits lectors? Modalitat A: propostes de millora dels hàbits lectors dels alumnes de 3r d’ESO C de l’Institut Europa de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball se centra en l’anàlisi i el foment dels hàbits lectors a secundària. Més concretament, s’analitzen els hàbits lectors dels alumnes de 3r d’ESO C de l’Institut Europa de l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Atès que es demostra que els hàbits lectors d’aquests alumnes són escassos, el treball planteja de manera detallada tres propostes per fomentar la lectura en aquest centre en concret. Cada proposta gira al voltant d’un dels tres eixos de la competència lectora —saber llegir, llegir per aprendre i el gust per llegir— i totes tres propostes impliquen la participació dels diferents àmbits curriculars. Tant l’anàlisi dels hàbits lectors com les propostes parteixen de les indicacions del currículum vigent, així com d’una base teòrica indispensable que permet definir la competència lectora, els hàbits lectors i els perfils lectors; conèixer diverses estratègies per promoure els hàbits lectors a secundària i els agents que hi participen, i entendre la utilitat de la lectura per a la millora del rendiment acadèmic dels alumnes. Així doncs, aquest treball tracta un tema de preocupació general, però el contextualitza en una classe de 3r d’ESO d’un centre públic del barri de Bellvitge, a l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

[eng] This project is about the analysis and promotion of reading habits in secondary school. More specifically, it analyses the reading habits of 3rd year of ESO C students at Institut Europa in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Since it is proven that the reading habits of these students are scarce, this project introduces three detailed proposals to promote reading in this secondary school. Each proposal revolves around one of the three axes of the reading competence —how to read, reading for learning and the pleasure of reading— and the three proposals involve the participation of the different curricular areas. Both the analysis of the reading habits and the proposals are based on the instructions given at the current curriculum. In addition, they are both based on an indispensable theoretical framework that allows us to define the reading competence, the reading habits and the reading profiles; to learn about different strategies to promote reading habits in secondary school and the parts which are involved in it, and to understand the usefulness of reading to improve the students' academic performance. Thus, this project deals with a topic of general concern, but it is contextualised in a 3rd year of ESO class in a public secondary school in Bellvitge, a neighbourhood in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
