[cat] El règim franquista va veure en les figures de Jaume Balmes i Josep M. Sert una oportunitat per reforçar el nacionalcatolicisme. Contràriament a això, una de les famílies que va integrar-se en el franquisme, els falangistes, no va apostar mai per la figura i la doctrina de Jaume Balmes. En canvi, els que van recórrer al filòsof de Vic, varen ser els carlins, els components d'Acción Española, els membres de la Lliga i els propagandistes. L'article repassa també les dues visites que va fer Franco a Vic i entra en el debat de la catalanitat de l'obra Balmesiana.
[eng] The Francoist dictatorship saw an opportunity to strengthen National Catholicism in the figures of Jaume Balmes and Josep M. Sert. In contrast, one of the movements that adhered to Francoism, Falangism, never looked to the figure and doctrine of Jaume Balmes. However, it was the Carlists, the members of Acción Española, members of the Lliga and the propagandists who turned to the Vic philosopher. The article also looks at the two visits that Franco made to Vic and participates in the debate about the Catalanism of Balmes' work.
