[cat] Aquesta recerca aborda el paper de l’autocura en l’exercici professional dels educadors i educadores socials. El marc teòric de referència explora conceptes com l’estrès laboral, la síndrome de desgast professional i les estratègies d’autocura individual i col·lectiva, així com el rol de les institucions en la promoció del benestar. Els objectius són conèixer les percepcions i pràctiques d’autocura dels educadors/es socials, identificar les estratègies que utilitzen i analitzar el grau d’implicació institucional en aquest àmbit. La metodologia s’ha portat a terme de manera qualitativa, a partir d’un estudi fenomenològic. S’ha basat en la tècnica del qüestionari, enviant-lo a 19 educadors/es socials; i la tècnica de l’entrevista semiestructurada, en la qual han participat 5 professionals. Els resultats posen de manifest la manca d’espais formals i estructurals per a la cura emocional dins les organitzacions, així com la necessitat de formació i suport continuat. Es constata que l’autocura encara es percep com una responsabilitat individual i poc institucionalitzada. Aquest estudi reivindica la necessitat d’incorporar l’autocura com a part integral de la professió, i apunta propostes concretes per fomentar una cultura de la cura compartida dins del sector socioeducatiu.
[eng] This research addresses the role of self-care in the professional practice of social educators. The theoretical framework explores concepts such as work-related stress, burnout syndrome, and both individual and collective self-care strategies, as well as the role of institutions in promoting well-being. The objectives are to understand social educators’ perceptions and practices of self-care, identify the strategies they use, and analyze the degree of institutional involvement in this area. The methodology follows a qualitative approach, based on a phenomenological study. It relies on the use of a questionnaire, sent to 19 social educators, and semi-structured interviews conducted with 5 professionals. The results highlight the lack of formal and structural spaces for emotional care within organizations, as well as the need for ongoing training and support. It is evident that self-care is still perceived as an individual responsibility and is not yet fully institutionalized. This study advocates for the integration of self-care as an essential part of the profession and proposes concrete measures to foster a culture of shared care within the socio-educational sector.
