[cat] El treball que s’exposa a continuació és una comparació entre la teoria i la pràctica en l’àmbit professional de l’educació social. Té com a objectiu conèixer si actualment les universitats que imparteixen aquest grau estan aconseguint que els seus alumnes adquireixen les competències i habilitats que, segons aquestes, un/a educador/a social ha de dominar. D’altra banda, continuant amb aquesta comparació entre la teoria i la pràctica, també és realitza en aquest treball una aproximació a les condicions laborals i contractuals dels professionals d’aquesta disciplina per veure si la realitat s’ajusta a allò estipulat per la llei.

Aims to ascertain whether the present universities offering this degree are getting their students acquire the skills and abilities, such as a educator social has to master. Moreover, continuing this comparison between theory and practice is also done in an approach to working conditions and contract professionals of this discipline to see if reality conforms to what is stipulated by law
