Joc i moviment lliure: acompanyar el desenvolupament psicomotor a l'Escola Bressol

[cat] El joc i el moviment, són els eixos fonamentals que acompanyen als infants durant els primers anys de vida, en la descoberta, l'exploració i l'aprenentatge d'infinitat d'elements que els ajudaran en el seu desenvolupament motor, cognitiu i global. Com a persones adultes, hem de concebre a l'infant com a principal protagonista de les seves accions, oferint temps i espai perquè pugui avançar seguint els seus propis interessos naturals, a més d'observar i poder així ajustar les intervencions a les necessitats reals de les nenes i els nens de zero a tres anys. Aquest treball s'enfonsa en una recerca bibliogràfica profunda, per a través d'autores com Pikler, Kliass, Tardos, Godall, Szőke, Kálló, Chokler o Falk, descobrir què són el joc i el moviment lliure, les seves condicions i beneficis, per tal de poder acompanyar als infants a l'Escola Bressol des d'una mirada adulta fonamentada i respectuosa. Tanmateix, es presenten els resultats obtinguts gràcies a les observacions dutes a terme a una Escola Bressol, que treballa sota un projecte respectuós envers el desenvolupament lliure i autònom, i una enquesta realitzada a cinquanta-cinc mestres i educadores que treballen al 0-3.

[eng] Play and movement are the fundamental axes that accompany children during the first years of life, in the discovery, exploration and learning of an infinite number of elements that will help them in their motor, cognitive and global development. As adults, we must conceive of the child as the main protagonist of his actions, offering time and space so he can move forward following his own natural interests, in addition to observing and being able to adjust interventions to real needs of children from zero to three years old. This work, sinks into a deep bibliographic research, to discover through authors such as Pikler, Kliass, Tardos, Godall, Szőke, Kálló, Chokler or Falk, what are the play and free movement, their conditions and benefits, to be able to accompany children at the Nursery School from a grounded and respectful adult perspective. However, the results obtained thanks to the observations made at a Nursery School, which works under a respectful project towards free and autonomous development, and also a survey of fifty-five teachers and educators who work at 0-3, are presented and analyzed in this document.
