Abstract
En este trabajo se analiza la procura como colaborador de la Administración de Justicia, estudiando las competencias que tiene y planteando aspectos de futuro para contribuir a una mayor eficacia de la Justicia, realizando propuestas de reforma legislativa. Así se propone ampliar sus facultades en las notificaciones, fundamentalmente electrónicas. También se desarrolla la posibilidad de que acceda al punto neutro judicial, cuya regulación se propone, para averiguar el domicilio y el patrimonio con todas las garantías necesarias. In this paper, the prosecution is analyzed as a collaborator of the Administration of Justice, studying the competences it has and proposing future aspects to contribute to a greater efficiency of Justice, making proposals for legislative reform. Thus, it is proposed to extend his powers in notifications, fundamentally electronic. The possibility of accessing the judicial neutral point, whose regulation is proposed, to find out the domicile and assets with all the necessary guarantees is also being developed.
