[cat] L’objectiu principal de la present recerca és aproximar-se a l’obra de Matfre Ermengaud, Breviari d’amor (s. XIII), a partir del conjunt de la seva tradició romànica: occitana, catalana i castellana. S’utilitza el mètode de la lectura coetània per a analitzar de manera exhaustiva el cercle d’emissió, la tradició manuscrita i la seva recepció. Les conclusions obtingudes esdevenen una síntesi de l’estat actual de la investigació i volen servir com a punt de partida per a futures contribucions.
[eng] The main objective of this investigation is to approach Matfre Ermengaud’s work, Breviari d’amor (13th century), from the point of view of its Romance textual tradition in Occitan, Catalan and Castilian languages. The “coetaneous reading” theory is the methodology employed to exhaustively analyse the circle of emission of the literary work, its manuscript tradition, diffusion and reception. The conclusions reached so far are a critical synthesis of the current state of research, which is intended to serve as a starting point for future contributions.
