[cat] Aquest treball parteix de la voluntat o la necessitat d’entendre com es configura l’espai que habito; d’on venim, com hem transformat el nostre entorn i com l’hem construït a base de la nostra memòria. És una aproximació íntima a la relació entre territori i identitat, que s’articula des de la cura i amb una mirada afectiva. El projecte pren com a base l’experiència pròpia —la història familiar, els relats dels veïns, les vivències compartides— per obrir preguntes més àmplies sobre com recordem, com cuidem i com transmetem els espais que formen part del nostre dia a dia.
La proposta es desplega amb una estètica propera, i se centra en l’observació de la vida quotidiana com a espai de resistència. Per mitjà de l’exploració de diverses pràctiques artístiques com l’arxiu, el vídeo i la fotografia, vull donar veu a memòries que sovint queden als marges del relat dominant, i per reivindicar allò domèstic, allò petit, allò persistent. Així, la pràctica artística esdevé un mitjà per construir un relat col·lectiu que no busca tancar ni fixar significats, sinó obrir espais de diàleg, escolta i reconeixement mutu.
Aquest treball concep la memòria no com una simple mirada enrere, sinó com una eina viva i política capaç de sostenir vincles. En la documentació d’aquests espais híbrids i en constant transformació —ni del tot urbans ni del tot rurals— s’hi obre la possibilitat de narrar el territori des de llocs menys evidents: des de la fragilitat, des de la proximitat, i des de la cura entesa com una forma activa de resistència i de construcció col·lectiva.
[eng] This work comes from the need to understand how the space I live in has been shaped: where we come from, how we’ve changed our surroundings, and how memory has helped us build them. It’s a personal exploration of the link between place and identity, guided by care and an emotional perspective. The project starts from lived experience —family history, neighbors’ stories, shared moments— to ask broader questions about how we remember, how we care for places, and how we pass them on. The work uses a close, intimate aesthetic and focuses on everyday life as a space of quiet resistance. Through artistic practices like archiving, video, and photography, I aim to give space to memories that often stay on the edge of mainstream narratives, and to value the domestic, the small, the steady. In this way, artistic practice becomes a way to build a shared story —not to fix meaning, but to open up space for dialogue, listening, and connection. This project sees memory not just as a way to look back, but as something alive and political, able to hold relationships together. By documenting hybrid and changing spaces —not fully urban, not completely rural— it becomes possible to tell the story of the territory from other angles: through fragility, closeness, and care as a form of resistance and shared creation.
