Análisis de redes sociales centrado en mujeres y jóvenes de zonas rurales: el caso de estudio de Cataluña Central

[spa] En este trabajo se realiza un estudio sobre el capital social del territorio de Cataluña Central a través de las relaciones sociales de actores clave (stakeholders). Se emplea la metodología ARS y el método de análisis del discurso para analizarla en su conjunto y a sus actores de forma individual. Gracias a este esfuerzo se pudo profundizar en la participación de los colectivos de mujeres y jóvenes en esta misma red social, así como las implicaciones y aprendizajes derivados de su inclusión. Además, se realiza un trabajo de investigación bibliográfica para reforzar la importancia de conceptos como el desarrollo local rural, la gobernanza o el capital social. Los resultados muestran una participación alta de mujeres, mayor de lo inicialmente esperado, contrastando con la casi nula participación activa de jóvenes en la red social. Se llega a la conclusión de que ha existido una evolución positiva en cuanto a los roles de género tradicionales y las relaciones entre las personas de la red. Del mismo modo se determina que se prevé un impacto en el medio – largo plazo en favor del desarrollo del territorio de las políticas y acciones que se están actualmente llevando a cabo. Así poder fortalecer la red social de Cataluña Central y aumentar los tipos de capital social bridging y linking.

[eng] In this paper we can read about the study done around the social capital for the territory of Central Catalonia through the analysis of its social network. ARS methodology is used together with the conversation analysis in order to get a deeper knowledge of the overall network and each of its individual actors as part of the social network. This effort has also been key to get a better understanding of what were the position of women and young people inside the network as to what were their implication, participation and learnings derived from their process of inclusion. Furthermore, there was a bibliographic study to conceptualize important concepts for this study like rural local development, governance and social capital. The results show that women participation in the social network was actually better than initially expected, in contrast to the young implication, which is basically null. The study arrives to the conclusion that there has been a positive evolution in changing the traditional gender roles for the rural world and in the relationships created among the people within the social network. As to the future it is foreseen an impact in the mid – long term of the current actions being taken. This way the social network of Central Catalonia could improve its bridging and linking social capital.
