[cat] Les violències masclistes rauen arrelades en la desigualtat històrica de les relacions de poder entre gèneres, així com la discriminització generalitzada envers les dones en notoris àmbits de la vida (tant públics com privats). Aproximar-se a les estructures que perpetuen aquestes violències és un dels objectius generals d’aquesta investigació per a comprendre quins mecanismes es poden articular des de l’educació i la comunitat en l’acompanyament a dones víctimes-supervivents. Mitjançant una revisió de literatura al voltant aquest fenomen (teories, iniciatives d’èxit, testimonis…) i sota les pautes d’un paradigma d’investigació sociocrític, s’ha procedit a realitzar un total de cinc entrevistes semi-estructurades a professionals vinculades a l’àmbit de la defensa de la igualtat de gènere; tres investigadores expertes amb publicacions relatives al fenomen del gènere i les desigualtats socials, i dues professionals de la intervenció directa amb dones supervivents de violència de gènere. Alguns dels resultats obtinguts de la investigació en matèria preventiva i reparadora han evidenciat la necessitat de promoció d’un feminisme dialògic com a proposta inclusiva de les veus de totes les dones, de treballar a l’entorn de les noves masculinitats i la socialització preventiva en les Comunitats d’Aprenentatge.
[eng] Gender-based violence is deeply rooted in the historical inequality of power relations between genders, as well as the widespread discrimination against women in various areas of life (both public and private). Approaching the structures that perpetuate these violences is one of the general objectives of this research in order to understand which mechanisms can be articulated through education and community to offer accompaniment to women victims-survivors. Through a literature review on this phenomenon (theories, successful initiatives, testimonies...) and under the guidelines of a sociocritical research paradigm, a total of five semi- structured interviews were conducted with professionals linked to gender equality advocacy’s field; three expert researchers with publications related to gender issues and social inequalities, and two professionals directly involved in interventions with women survivors of gender-based violence. Some of the results obtained from the research on preventive and reparative measures have highlighted the need to promote a dialogical feminism as an inclusive proposal for all women’s voices, to work around new masculinities and preventive socialization in Learning Communities.
