[spa] La comunicación pretende abordar el reto en la gestión de las bibliotecas patrimoniales universitarias en relación con su compromiso con estudiantes, profesores e investigadores. Nuestros fondos suponen un valor especial para estos tres colectivos y en la comunicación se analizarán tendencias actuales que tienen la voluntad de mejorar la educación, la formación y la investigación que se lleva a cabo a en nuestras instituciones.
[eng] This paper aims to address the challenge of the management of university libraries special collections regarding their commitment to students, teachers and researchers. Our collections have a special value to these three groups and the paper will analyze current trends to improve education, training and research in our institutions.
