[cat] El Housing First és un model d’atenció al sensellarisme que planteja que l’accés immediat a l’habitatge segur, estable i independent pot oferir les condicions òptimes perquè les persones en situació de sense llar i en especial les dones desenvolupin una vida plena i significativa. Per això, la finalitat d’aquest estudi basat en una investigació qualitativa ha estat analitzar la situació actual del Housing First en els dispositius d’atenció a persones sense llar de Barcelona, particularment les intervencions dirigides a dones sense llar. Per fer-ho, s’ha portat a terme una entrevista semiestructurada a quatre educadores socials (100% dones) que treballen en equipaments d’atenció a persones en situació de sense llar de la ciutat. Els resultats posen de relleu l’escassetat de programes que actualment actuen des d’aquest model i descriuen la metodologia i les actuacions de quatre serveis que sí intervenen des d’aquest prisma. Les conclusions d’aquesta recerca mostren la necessitat d’aplicar el Housing First a l’atenció a les dones en situació de sense llar a Barcelona i la importància de la figura de l’Educació Social que treballi des d’una òptica de gènere que tingui en compte les especificitats pròpies del sensellarisme femení.
[eng] Housing First is an emerging model of care for the homeless which proposes that immediate access to safe, stable, and independent housing can offer the best conditions for people in a homeless situation, especially women, to develop a full and meaningful life. Therefore, the aim of this study, based on qualitative research, was to analyse the current situation of Housing First in the care equipment for homeless people in Barcelona, particularly the interventions aimed at homeless women. To do this, a semi-structured interview was carried out with four social educators (100% women) who work in care facilities for homeless people in the city. The results highlight the scarcity of programmes currently operating based on this model and describe the methodology and action of four services that do intervene in this way. The conclusions of the research show the need to apply Housing First to care for women in a homeless situation in Barcelona and the importance of the leading figure of Social Education that works from a gender perspective and considers the specific needs and background of homeless women.
