[cat] Estudis i evidències científiques demostren que les persones amb altes capacitats intel·lectuals configuren més del 2% de la població mundial, tot i això, els índex de detecció d’aquestes persones a les aules dels centres educatius a l’Estat Espanyol son encara força inferiors a aquest percentatge. Això implica que existeixen alumnes d’altes capacitats a qui no se’ls està atenent segons les seves necessitats. Aquest treball final de màster presenta una proposta d’intervenció destinada a l’equip docent del centre Sant Felip Neri de Barcelona. Mitjançant un curs formatiu de 5 sessions sobre la detecció i la intervenció educativa amb l’alumnat d’altes capacitats del centre es pretén aconseguir una millora en l’atenció d’aquest alumnat.
[eng] Studies and scientific evidence show that people with high intellectual abilities make up more than 2% of the world's population, however, the detection rates of these people in the classrooms of spanish schools are still quite lower than this percentage. This means that there are high-ability students who are not being atended according to their needs. This final master’s thesis presents an intervention proposal for the teachers of the Sant Felip Neri school in Barcelona. Through a 5-session training course of detection and educational intervention with high-ability students at the school, the aim is to improve the educational care of these students.
