[spa] Este proyecto propone una reflexión visual acerca del papel de la memoria en la construcción de la identidad. A través del pueblo de Lanjarón y su representación pictórica a partir de mi mirada, investigo sobre cómo los recuerdos quedan alterados por el paso del tiempo y la lejanía. La obra busca conectar emocionalmente con el espectador a través de la representación de experiencias universales como la pertenencia y la nostalgia. La pintura se convierte entonces en un medio para explorar el recuerdo y reimaginar escenas del pasado vinculadas a la infancia.
Recuperando gestos, espacios, miradas y sensaciones que el ritmo actual tiende a desplazar. Frente al dominio de lo inmediato y lo digital, apuesto por los tiempos lentos y rituales que permitan redescubrir el valor de lo íntimo. Para activar, así, una narrativa que dialogue entre lo vivido y lo recordado, lo personal y lo colectivo.
[eng] This project proposes a visual reflection on the role of memory in the construction of identity. Through the town of Lanjarón and its pictorial representation through my gaze, I investigate how memories are altered by the passage of time and distance. The work seeks to connect emotionally with the viewer through the representation of universal experiences such as belonging and nostalgia. Painting then becomes a media to explore memory and reimagine scenes from the past , linked to childhood. Recovering gestures, spaces, looks and sensations that the current rhythm tends to displace. Faced with the dominance of immediacy and the digital, I am in favor of slow and ritual times that allow us to rediscover the value of the intimate. To activate, then, a narrative that dialogues between the living and remembering, the personal and the collective.
